was just insane & caused a lot of players to quit, including spenders like me!
It piss’s me off! And honestly the game was getting a little boring but by
making it so to really gain power by upping the resources you needed by
ridiculous amounts. So I came from ROK…And this game was refreshing in the sense
it was not nearly as hard or expensive to get T5’s…not at all or level 40(max at
the time)for your buildings…Yes I’m a mod spender but I still look for the more
non cash grab games(Sadly all mobile war /Kingdom builders are cash grabs,a fact
people!) But this game not so much.Now rewards could of been better for what you
put in for each event but for the little money I put in? Or needed?All
good………until the “Welp, you ruined a good game update!) Now you could see little
signs that the game was changing(Less compete for free rewards or levels) And
the update they did by adding 10 new levels to your buildings, and other stuff
to be stronger. Also, THERE ARE FREAKIN DRAGONS!!!! Freakin awesome. Cleopatra,
Montezuma, Mulan, Robin Hood, etc. It is extremely clean! The Immortals (which
are the characters you basically collect and use to fight both computer enemies
and other online players)- not only are they very intricately made, they are
REAL PEOPLE with a mix of characters we all know from Mythology as well, rather
than completely made up characters (this is what made me stick around before I
was hooked). I am thoroughly impressed for a mobile game that’s free. You do not
*need* to pay to play, but there are a couple small purchases that significantly
help. Complex enough to really challenge you (it does take skill), but rewarding
enough to keep you coming back. This game is magically beautiful and ADDICTING.
I downloaded it to see the hype and gave it a shot, and deleted shortly after.
Let’s start by saying that I am NOT a gamer, and I previously made fun on by
now-ex-bf because he played Lord’s Mobile. Most reviews are written after
playing only a day or two because the game nonstop keeps asking for a review. In
less than a week I’ve been on my server over half the people have quit. You
don’t need to worry about big spenders destroying your fun. There are many other
games similar that you can invest your time in and make progress for little
money. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! I’m saving you time. So while you sleep expect to
lose all troops and resources because the 4 hour shield does nothing. Protective
barriers (shields) cost $$$ for anything more than 4 hours. Unlike other games,
good luck being protected. They start abusing the server and of course unless
you are willing to drop $$$$, you stand no chance. Then that is when the whales
show up, (Whales= spending $$$$). Once invested you think well I keep playing
because I put some money into it. Offers pop up often for $1-5 to get you in the
game and have you invest. You find an alliance and join like minded players.
Like so many games similar to this game, you start off building your kingdom in
safety.
