WELCOME

My name is Sarah and I provide short- and long-term counselling and
psychotherapy in Twickenham, as well as Teddington, Richmond and
Kingston-upon-Thames.



I trained as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist at the University of
Roehampton and am currently studying for an additional qualification in
counselling children and Young People. Volunteering at Off the Record in
Twickenham, working with children and adolescents, and at the Kingston Women’s
Centre has given me experience dealing with a wide variety of clients and
issues. I work both face-to-face and online, offering flexible options to suit
your needs.



As a counsellor and psychotherapist, my role is to provide you with emotional
support, guidance and a space for you to explore and understand your thoughts,
feelings and behaviours. I can help you gain insight into any challenges you are
facing and together we can work collaboratively to develop coping strategies and
solutions. The therapeutic relationship involves trust, empathy and
non-judgement, creating a supportive environment for you to navigate personal
growth and overcome obstacles.

FEES & AVAILABILITY



Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, costing between £65 -
£85 depending on time and location. I also offer a limited number of low cost
sessions, please contact me to enquire if there are any available.



I offer an initial phone call to explore working together. Fees are required to
be paid before each session with 48 hours notice in case of cancellation.
