WHEN WOULD THE TRAINING BATCH START?

It will start from 1st week of september. However, you will be initimated well
in advance about the training and it's batch timings

DO WE GET ANY CERTIFICATION AFTER THE TRAINING?

Once you complete all the trainings and clear all test yes you will get a
certificate from Entigrity

WHAT WOULD THE TRANINIG PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

Training program includes following training :

 * 1) US Accounting Industry training
 * 2) Any one domain theory and practical training (Accounts,Audit or Tax)
 * 3) Communication training.

The duration of all the training will not last for more than 2.5 to 3 months

Trainng would be on daily basis for 1:30 hours on weekdays

WHAT WOULD BE THE TIMING AND DATE FOR THE TRAINING SESSION?

We will have morning & evening batches for an hour and a half to two hour
sessions ( between the time slot of 7 to 10). So, for those candidates that are
currently doing full-time jobs, can pick the slot most convieniet and needn't
make any time-related compromises for their current job.

WOULD I ABLE TO DO THE TRAINING ALONG WITH MY JOB?

yes it would be an online training, hence you can take this training along with
ur job

WHAT ARE THE NEXT DATES FOR TRAINING AND HOW TO ENROLL FOR THE TRAINING?

So the process to enroll for the trainings is as below:

Step 1 : First you submit your resume , based on that we will send you a
pre-recruitment test link (test on Decision Making, Logical Reasoning, Data
Interpretation and Basic Accounting Knowledge). If you score 50% and above, you
will go to the next step.

Step 2 : HR and assigned managers will conduct further rounds of interview.

Step 3 : If you clear the round of interviews, you will get a trainee letter
from HR and you have to submit a cheque of Rs. 40,000.

Step 4 : The next step would be to enroll you for trainings depending upon your
experience area ( i.e. Accounting/Tax/Audit)

Batches for training will start every fortnight and first batch will begin from
1st week of September. We will inform you in advance about the training time and
date. It would be on line training hence you can attend from your location.
Training duration for a particular batch will be 10-12 weeks.

Step 5 : Once you are done with the trainings, you have to appear for following
tests. These will evaluate the candidate only on the learnings from the
training.

 * 1) Domain test (Accounting/Tax/Audit)
 * 2) Communication test
 * 3) Accounting industry test

Step 6 : Once you clear the above tests, you will be hired at the package of Rs.
5 lacs at Ahmedabad location and Rs 4.5 lacs for other locations and we will
return the Rs. 40,000 cheque taken in Step 3.

Step 7 : Just in case if you leave the training in between, or could not clear
the test in both the attempts (If you fail at first time, you can reappear with
in 1 week again) or for any reason if you don't join Entigrity, we shall encash
the Rs. 40,000 cheque taken in step 3"

IS THERE ANY COST OF THIS TRAINING PROGRAM?

Refer to step7, only if you leave the training in between or you fail to clear
the test or for any reason you don't join Entigrity, then we will encash the
cheque of Rs. 40,000 else if you join Entigrity we shall return you cheque and
there would not be any training cost for you.

WHY DO YOU TAKE A SECURITY DEPOSIT CHEQUE?

Because we are providing free training and guarantee job...we just want to
ensure only serious people joins this program who are sure of going ahead in
this industry. Just in case for any reason if they leave the training in between
or does not join Entigrity so for the security reason we are taking deposit

IN WHAT SCENARIOS, WILL THIS CHEQUE BE ENCHASED?

Refer to step7, only if you leave the training in between or you fail to clear
the test or for any reason you don't join Entigrity, then we will encash the

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE POST-TRAINING TEST AND WHAT IS THE PASSING RATE THERE?

In the post-training test, you will only be evaluated on what you have learnt in
the training. On this test, more than 90% candidates who have taken the
training, should be able to pass.

WHAT WOULD BE THE EVALUTION FORMAT?

We will take test which would consist of MCQ, subjective questions, case studies
and actual practical task. However, test would not be very hard. It would be of
an average level, if you would have attended training sincerely you would be
able to clear the test easily. Passing is 60%

HOW MANY CHANCES WILL I BE GETTING TO CLEAR THE POST-TRAINING TEST?

Maximum two test. If you fail first time..you can re-appear for next second in
one week.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PASSING PERCENTAGE FOR THIS TEST AND WHAT ARE THE CHANCES TO
GET SELECTED IN THE POST-TRAINING TEST?

test) however we will give training for all the three topics

WHAT ARE THE JOB TIMINGS?

2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

4:30 PM to 2:00 AM

WHAT IS THE PACKAGE YOU ARE OFFERING?

Our packages vary depending upon the Branch chosen by the candidate. The package
for the Ahmedabad branch is 5 lacs and for all other branches it is 4.5 lacs.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NOTICE PERIOD ONCE I JOIN ENTIGRITY?

2 month of Notice period required.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED PERIOD TO WORK WITH ENTIGRITY?

2 years minimum employment period

WHAT ARE THE SKILLSET REQUIRED TYPICALLY FOR THESE ROLES?

We are looking for candidates who posess the skills of adapatability,
coachability, flexibility, excellant communication skills. We need you to be
flexible about the timings and if you have any challenges with regards to
communication skills, we would recommend you to work on developing them and then
apply for the program.

CAN I BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROGRAM AND HIRING, IF I HAVE PRIOR EXPEIENCE OF US
OR BPO INDUSTRY?

Yes. You can definitely.

DO YOU HIRE BACHELOR OR MASTER'S (BCOM AND MCOM) STUDENTS WITH NO CA BACKGROUND?

What we have observed in previous training programs is that individuals holding
only a BCom or MCom degree find it extremely difficult to pass our screening
tests. However, we have always believed in giving chances to untapped skill and
if you think you have what it takes to excel in this program, you are welcome to
showcase your interest. There will be a small interview, post which you can be
allowed to take part the program.

HOW MANY DAYS OF LEAVE IS ALLOWED FOR CPA, EA OR CA EXAMINATION?

We do not hire CA pursuing candidates. Candidates pursuing CPA and EA are given
leaves not extending 3-4 days at once.

DO YOU HIRE CA PURSUING STUDENTS?

No we don't. Because we are unable to provide such candidates with the requisite
amount of leaves required for the preparation of the exam, we do not actively
recruit CA aspirants.

DO YOU HIRE CPA, CMA, EA PURSUING STUDENTS?

Yes we do. However, we find it pertiant to mention that as such candidates will
be working with clients on an active day-to-day basis, they will not be granted
leaves for more than 2-3 days at a stretch for the purpose of the
examination(s).

IF I HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 5 YEARS WHAT WOULD BE THE PACKAGE FOR
ME?

Provided that your experience is within the US Accounting Industry, you would
not be judged as a fresher. If your experience is in any other part of the
accounting industry and not US specific, we will then be deciding the package on
an indivual basis, taking into account your talent and other skillsets.

IF I HAVE ALREADY QUALIFIED CPA/EA, IS THIS TRAINING NECCESSARY FOR ME?

No. You can the apply for the pre-recruitment test and we may hire you directly
as well.

DO YOU HIRE PART TIME MBA DEGREE HOLDERS?

Yes.

DO YOU HIRE CPA/ EA FRESHERS?

Yes.

WHAT ARE THE PACKAGES FOR OTHER ROLES?

Depends on the role for which you are getting selected for.

IF I DON'T HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF US OR KPO INDUSTRY, BUT MY CURRENT PACKAGE
IS HIGHER, THEN WOULD YOU BE HIRING WITH MORE HIKE?

If you do not posess any prior practical experience in the KPO industry you will
be considered a fresher for us. While we respect your your previous work
experience, you will be offered the same starting package as the rest of chosen
candidates coming out of the traning program.

DO YOU PROVIDE DROPOFF FACILITY?

Yes.

DO YOU ALLOW WORK FROM HOME?

No. Due to the nature of the agreement with our clients, remote working is not
feasable and hence, not permitted.

WHAT IS THE OVERALL PROCESS TO GET HIRED THROUGH THIS OPPORTUNITY?

Candidates will be shortlisted by November 15th based on a pre-recruitment
assessment test given by us. After that, selected candidates will go through a
training on US Taxation for 15-20 days. And actual work with the clients will
start from the first/second week of December.

ARE QUALIFIED CAS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?

No, through this process we are only taking in CA Pursuing candidates who should
also have at least 2 years of articleship experience.

WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OFFERED?

Compensation offered if INR 25k per month for the time of this project. If
you’re hired on full-time basis based on your performance, we will give a hike
in compensation upto INR 40k per month. Bonus on completion of the project will
be INR 50k.

WHAT WILL BE THE WORK TIMINGS?

The usual shift is between 4 PM and 2 AM IST. Total productive time should be 9
hours and 1 hour will be for break.

WHAT IF SOMEONE CAN’T COMPLETE THE WORK PROJECT AND WANTS TO LEAVE IN BETWEEN?

In such a case, the candidate will be allowed to leave but will not receive any
compensation for the current month or the completion bonus and the contract will
be terminated immediately.

WILL THE COMPANY PROVIDE A DROP-OFF FACILITY?

Yes, we will provide drop-off facility

ANY ADDITIONAL BENEFITS/COMPENSATION THAT WE WILL GET?

No, the total compensation offered is as mentioned above. No PF, ESIC, insurance
and other allowances will be provided.

WHAT DOMAINS WILL WE GET TRAINING ON?

Selected candidates will be given a 15-20 days training in US Taxation - either
in Individual Tax or Business Tax and will be assigned to clients accordingly

HOW MANY LEAVES ARE ALLOWED DURING A MONTH?

Only 2 leaves per month are allowed . If someone takes over and above 2 leaves
in a month, accordingly compensation will be deducted for that month.

WILL THERE BE WEEKENDS OFF?

You may be required to work on Saturdays depending on the client's requirements.
Compensation for that will be adjusted accordingly in the bonus amount on
completion.

IS WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE?

No, this opportunity is only available as a work from office option.

GROUP DISCUSSION (GD)

Broadly your communication and participation skills would be evaluated. You
would be given a topic impromptu and you would be first given a chance to speak
by raising your hand virtually. (Thereafter you will be required to speak
chronologically). Topic given at the time of GD session. If you are not selected
you will not go to the next round. If you are selected you will be communicated
from our side.

communicated from our side.

HR & MANAGER ROUND OF INTERVIEW

×

Interview with the HR team and then subsequently with the relevant managers to
evaluate your personality and broad understanding of the field. This is a
regular part of the hiring process and will help us understand you better.

ENROLLMENT TO TRAINING PROGRAM

×

You will then be enrolled for the training program, typically for 9-10 weeks.
You will be provided conceptual and practical case-study based training by
subject matter experts on US accounting/tax/audit domains according to your
experience. Once you complete the training, you will be required to give our
post-training assessment test.

Before the training program, you shall be required to provide a security cheque
of Rs 40,000, This is not a charge for the training and we are not going to
encash the cheque. We just demand this security cheque, so that only serious
candidates come in.

TRAINING ON US TAXATION

Post the assessment test, selected candidates will be given 15-20 days of
training in US Taxation, either in Individual or in Business Tax domains. The
training will go on till December second week latest.

POST-TRAINING ASSESSMENT TEST

×

This test will evaluate your understanding of the subjects covered during the
training program. Once you pass this test (more than 60% marks), you will be
hired immediately by Entigrity. Typically, the passing rate on this exam is more
than 90% for those who go through the training.

HIRING THE CANDIDATE

×

After you have gone through our rigorous selection process, we will provide you
with an offer letter for the relevant domain and position. You can start working
with us immediately, or we can allow a 30-day notice period for candidates who
are still working in their current jobs.

Post the training, candidates will be allocated according to their training to
our clients. The project will go on for 4-4.5 months. On completion, we may hire
the candidates full time on a performance basis.
