Optoscribe has developed a unique and innovative 3D, glass-based photonic
integrated circuit platform which can be applied to many applications,
particularly in the datacom and telecom space.

Optoscribe’s unique 3D glass-based photonic integrated circuit platform is
ideally suited for creating custom photonic platforms designed to specifically
address the challenges of individual optical transceiver architectures and

3D OptoFan™

The Optoscribe 3D OptoFan™ is a compact and fully packaged plug and play
assembly for converting between multicore fiber (MCF) and single mode fiber
(SMF), available in 4, 7, and 8 channel configurations as standard. Custom
configurations are available on request.

3D OptoLantern™

The 3D OptoLantern™ is a compact solution with best-in-class fiber alignment
precision, optimised for OFS few mode fiber (FMF). This Photonic Lantern
interconnects FMF and SMF and can be used for multiplexing and demultiplexing in
a wide range of advanced communication applications and is available in 3 and 6
channel configurations.

OptoArray™

OptoArray™ offers unrivalled levels of optical performance and can help reduce
losses in optical circuits through the precise and stable alignment of fibers.
Optoscribe’s high speed laser-based manufacturing process provides full 3D
flexibility in the patterning of hole arrays and enables the creation of high
precision, controllable fiber alignment structures in glass.

OptoCplrLT™

OptoCplrLT™ is a monolithic glass chip for low-loss coupling to SiPh grating
couplers. OptoCplrLT™ features low-loss light turning curved mirrors, uniquely
formed in the glass, to direct the light to or from SiPh grating couplers. This
prevents the need for bend-tolerant fiber solutions, which are often difficult
to assemble and expensive.
