I AM SINGLE, CAN I STILL ACCESS TREATMENT?

Yes, absolutely. Treatment at Hammerhead Health is available to individuals
regardless of their relationship status. Your relationship status does not
affect your access to care and treatment for male sexual dysfunction.

HELP?

Of course. Hammerhead Health has a comprehensive assessment process that
addresses both physical and psychological aspects of sexual issues. Our team of
experts will work with you to determine the root cause of your problem and
provide appropriate recommendations based on your individual needs.


IS THERE A JOINING FEE?

No. Hammerhead does not charge joining fees.


IS THIS A PAY AS YOU GO SERVICE OR A SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICE?

Hammerhead is a pay-as-you-go service that offers real-time consultations with a
registered health professional. All sessions are phone consultations. No one at
Hammerhead Health will put the hard sell on you or charge you a weekly, monthly
or any type of ongoing fee. 


HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEDICATION?

Medication is dispensed through our pharmacy partner. When you're ready, you can
submit your script to our pharmacy partner online or take the script to a
pharmacy of your choice!


IS MEDICATION INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE CONSULTATIONS?

No. Prescribed medications are NOT included in the price of the consults. When
you're ready to validate your script with a pharmacy of your choice, payment
will be processed separately by the pharmacy.


DO YOU TREAT DELAYED EJACULATION?

Of course. Delayed ejaculation is commonly defined as difficulty initiating
ejaculation after more than 20 minutes of sex. It can often be equally, if not
more distressing, than premature ejaculation. 


IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE SEXUAL ISSUE?

Absolutely! This is our intention and our goal! While it is easy to take
medication, we are interested in addressing those factors reinforcing and
maintaining sexual dysfunction in order to ensure you experience robust sexual

ARE MEDICARE REBATES AVAILABLE FOR CONSULTATIONS?

Absolutely! Medicare rebates are available for all medical consultations as part
