IS THE AIRSURE DF2 A HEPA FILTER?




No, the AirSure DF-2 is not considered to be a HEPA Filter. HEPA Filters remove
at least 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3. The AirSure DF2 removes as small
as 0.3 microns up to a 99% efficiency rate.

IS THE AIRSURE DF2 A PREVENTIVE MEASURE AGAINST INFECTIOUS DISEASES?




No, the AirSure DF-2 is not intended to be used as a measure against any
disease, it is simply intended to help purify the air in close contact
environments.

WHAT IS THE LIFE OF THE FILTER?




The life of the filter is about 3 months. (Calculated by using for 6 hours a
day) The life may be shortened depending on the strong odor such as tobacco, the
amount of dust, the time of use, and the environment of use.

DOES THE AIR PURIFIER MAKE A LOT OF NOISE?




The Air Purifier is slightly above a soft whisper, less than 45db.

HOW DO I REPLACE THE FILTER?




 1. Move the Power Switch to "OFF".
 2. Push the latch to open the top cover.
 3. Hold the handles on both side of the old filter and pull up to remove it.
    Make sure that dust does not fly off the filter when removing it. Dispose of
    the filter properly.
 4. Install the replacement filter by lowering it into the air filter.
 5. Close the top cover, ensuring that the latch fastens securely.
 6. Write the filter installation date on the filter replacement sticker and
    stitch it to the to cover.

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY AIRSURE DF2?




Turn the main unit off and unplug the USB-AC adapter from the outlet. Use a
vacuum cleaner nozzle to absorb dust that has adhered to the area around the
main unit or wipe it lightly with a soft cloth.

CAN I USE A MOBILE BATTERY?




With the included A/C adaptor and USB-C power cord, you can plug it into a wall
outlet or use with any standard USB port like a laptop.

WHAT DO I DO IN THE EVENT OF A MALFUNCTION?




If you are having a machine malfunction, please refer to the DF2 support page.
Here, you can find contact information for Brother Customer Service, where you
can get assistant from 9am to 9pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE AIRSURE?




The AirSure DF2 has a 1-year limited warranty.

IS THERE AN INDICATOR THAT LETS ME KNOW WHEN THE FILTER SHOULD BE CHANGED?




While there is currently no indicator on the AirSure DF-2 to notify you when to
change the filter, we encourage you to register your AirSure DF-2 with Brother
so we can send you a reminder when it's time to replace the filter..

CAN YOU ORDER A NEW REPLACEMENT STICKER FOR THE FILTER?




Replacement stickers are not available for order, but we encourage you to
register your AirSure DF-2 with Brother so we can send you a reminder when it's
