A LOVELY AND RELAXING STAY
We had a great stay. Service was always on point and the team make you feel
very special. The breakfast team really shines in our experience. We spent
most of our stay by the pool relaxing and really enjoyed having the
chicken, duck and guinea fowls around to entertain us! It was lovely to
have the walk by the beach which we went on most days. The cocktails and
food at the Bar lounge were also great. The best experience we had was
drinks by the bar at Arwana for Halloween, those boys are wonderful
bartenders!

REVIEW OF OUR STAY AT LAGUNA LUXURY RESORT, BALI
Our recent 6-night stay at the Laguna Luxury Resort Bali was nothing short
of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of
comfort, elegance, and extraordinary service. The lush surroundings,
meticulously designed interiors, and serene beachfront provided the perfect
backdrop for a truly unforgettable vacation.
The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, combining traditional
Balinese aesthetics with modern luxuries that made our stay as comfortable
as possible. Every detail, from the quality of the linens to the
thoughtfully stocked amenities, was clearly designed with the guest’s
ultimate comfort in mind. We felt that every effort had been made to ensure
a relaxing and seamless experience, and the thoughtful touches throughout
our room added to the luxurious feel.
The dining options were a standout aspect of our stay. We were continuously
delighted by the variety and quality of the cuisine offered across the
resort. Each meal was a delightful journey through Balinese and
international flavors, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Whether we
were dining by the beach or enjoying room service, the culinary team never
ceased to impress us with their creativity and skill.
Above all, the warmth and dedication of the Laguna Luxury Resort team truly
made us feel like we were among family. Every employee went above and
beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, with genuine smiles and
attention that made us feel truly at home.
A Special Thanks to the Laguna Luxury Resort Team
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every member of
the Laguna Luxury Resort family. Thank you for making our stay so
memorable, for your kindness, and for the genuine care that went into every
interaction. You have all made our time here unforgettable, and we leave
feeling as if we have gained a new family in Bali.

SYAH AND MICHY MINI HONEYMOON STAY
10/10, we’ll be back! Amazing place. The Laguna made our mini honeymoon
really memorable. Delicious food at Arawana, and breakfast at Banyubiru was
exceptional everyday. Purna at the concierge thoroughly made our stay so
much more amazing too. He was attentive, helpful and provided us with many
options to make our adventures in Bali more fun.

LOVELY STAY IN THE LAGUNA
From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff's genuine warmth and
hospitality were evident. While we were pleasantly surprised to find the
slippers neatly placed on the bedside upon we return to my room, we were
momentarily puzzled as I had not been informed of any housekeeping.
The breakfast was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful, going
out of their way to explain the different food options and recommend their
favorites. I was impressed when they remembered our table on the second
day.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had
at your hotel. It made my birthday trip truly memorable.

EXQUISITE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE BEACH
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The beachfront location is
stunning, offering serene views and a lovely place to relax. The entire
staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
I’d like to give a special mention to Yosua Adi Kurniawan, who went above
and beyond to ensure our family’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He
was attentive, kind, and made every effort to accommodate us. The hotel is
very kid-friendly, and my children had a great time. The food was
outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that we all loved.

WOW
This is our second stay at the Laguna in six months and our 8th time over
the past decade. From the moment you enter the opulent resort you know you
are going have the best holiday ever. You can smell the sweet scent of
frangipanni throughout the resort.
On this occasion, my wife and I were on our romantic getaway to Bali and
stayed at the Laguna. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious
amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views. This is the
perfect hotel for a romantic getaway.
The cultural experience at the Laguna left us with many stories and great
memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff
are also accommodating and friendly. This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise
with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the
experience truly sets it apart.
The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with several serene pool areas. My wife
loved unwinding at the spa after a long day. She said it was an
unforgettable hotel experience.
The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions.
Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose
from. Chef Alexander created a lavish dinner for us and our invited guests.
What I most loved about the hotel is its serene pool area, beautiful room
décor, additional facilities, restaurant, and overall atmosphere. The
hotel's customer service is truly exceptional.
Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options
to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations
The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I
have recommended that others visit the Laguna once, and I can assure you
that they will never regret it.
I highly recommend the Laguna because of its clean and comfortable rooms,
top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

HONEYMOON IN PARADISE
Id recommend the laguna to anyone and everyone seeking great resort full of
swimming pools, various bars and located near a clean beach.
Staff is extremely friendly (Andika and Rima from cornerstone) we basically
considered friends.
