My experience with Lion Roof Coatings has been excellent. When I started
experiencing roof leaks at one of the commercial properties that I own, it was
alarming when I began to collect reroof proposals that seemed astronomically
high. A good friend of mine recommended that I reach out to Lion Roof Coatings
to get pricing for a fluid applied roof coating. They came out to the property
the next day and did a full roof analysis and I had their proposal 2 days later.
I was pleasantly surprised that their proposed roof system was 60% cheaper than
the lowest reroof proposal that I had gotten, and it came with the same 20-year
NDL warranty that I would’ve received had I went with a reroof. Better yet, to
install a new membrane roof system on my 100,000 sq ft building was going to
take 3-4 months to complete and Lion Roof Coatings had their fluid applied
system installed in just under 3 weeks! I will use Lion Roof Coatings to
preserve the roofs on all of my buildings going forward. The system is
eco-friendly, energy efficient and I get to write off the entire cost of the
coating system this year. I could not be happier with the results and I HIGHLY
recommend Lion Roof Coatings!
