student clubs.
We hope that you enjoyed bringing out your inner lumberjack at Flannel Fest
tonight with free food from area food trucks, fishing, axe throwing, archery,
go-karts, water BB tag at the state fair grounds.
Have you been glued to Minot State social media this week and thought, "These
students are having more fun than is humanly possible, surely Welcome Week must
be over by now."? Well how about s'more? Tonight was originally called
Campfires, S'mores, Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Spikeball in the Quad,
but we shortened it to Campfires in the Quad because it had a better ring to it.
What a way to kick off Welcome Week! Did you try all 12 games and activities and
the 4 free international foods that MSU Life, the MSU Wellness Center, and MSU
Dining brought together for RecFest? Which was your favorite?
Will there be free food? Definitely. We're doing free lunches everyday this
week! Students, faculty, and staff kicked back and enjoyed food and yard games
together before the semester kicks off in earnest tonight and tomorrow.
