Part 2: Documentation of this 2-part introductory course will help workers build an essential foundation for implementing basic case management skills, including record keeping and writing case notes. This part provides participants with strategies for writing effective case notes and opportunities to practice writing and analyzing case notes. The overall goal of this training is to help workers develop and refine basic case management skills in order to create strong, working relationships with clients and facilitate their journey to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Part 1 is not a prerequisite for Part 2.
