   single time, happily answers any of our questions. Allstate have always been
   amazing too & their customer service is A1. A few years ago we were using
   another company, where we first met Travis, he was amazing there too, but the
   company was not. We chose Allstate as they're a family owned business. We run
   a family owned business & have high expectations, Allstate delivered. Our 1st
   ever spray was with Sophie, equally as lovely & thorough as Travis. Sophie
   said do you mind me asking who you were with before. We told her & said the
   guy Travis we had was awesome but the company was far from it. Sophie said
   Travis now works for Allstate. We can't recommend Travis or Allstate highly
   enough!!

   for us. Today we had a service from Patrick who was well mannered and polite.

Allstate Adelaide’s rat and mouse control is highly effective because it focuses

inspection, baiting and reporting.


INSPECTION

Our licenced technician will conduct a thorough inspection of your house and
property to identify the rodents’ movements and harbourage points.


BAITING

The treatment usually consists of strategically positioned bait stations. If the
stations are accessible to children and pets, they are lockable, tamper proof
and made of high grade plastic.

Rats are naturally suspicious of new things and it can take them seven days to
get used to the bait station, so it may take a week or two to get a result.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A RODENT INFESTATION?

In most cases you will never see the Rats or Mice you will just hear and see
evidence of their presence. These signs include droppings, scratching & running
noises, damage to electrical cables/pipes/timber and nests.

WHY AND HOW HAVE THE RATS AND MICE INFESTED MY HOME?

Having a rodent issue doesn’t mean your home is dirty, an infestation can happen
by chance or because of environmental conditions around your home out of your
control. Rodents are attracted to anywhere there is food, water and shelter.
They can gain entry to our homes through small holes around the external
perimeter.

CAN RATS AND MICE CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY HOME?

Yes. Rodents have been known to cause electrical problems and even fires in
homes by continually gnawing on electrical cables to wear down their teeth.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RODENTS?

There is no way to handle rodents for good but there are ways of controlling and
reducing the risk of future infestation. Keeping yards maintained is important,
if you have fruit trees removing the fruit once ripe from the tree, cutting back
branches and foliage over hanging or touching your home to name a few.

WHAT TYPE OF TREATMENT DO YOU APPLY?

Our technician performs a thorough inspection of the house and grounds and
applies a rodent control product in stations for future monitoring and if
required replenishment. Where stations are accessible to children and pets, we
use tamper proof child safe high grade plastic stations that can only be
accessed with a key. On completion of the service the Technician completes a
detailed report with any recommendations to reduce the risk of future
infestation.

IS THE TREATMENT SAFE FOR MY FAMILY AND PETS?

Our rodent control service is designed to be as safe as possible and our
technicians are trained to manage all risks before performing the service. This
can include placing rodent control product in tamper proof child safe high grade
plastic stations that can only be accessed with a key.
