Assign someone from your company to represent your business. But that must be the last option to choose, As what you can think about your business and the way you look at opportunities, no one else can. I am not tech-friendly; these online meetings, Google Forms, etc., are not my cup of tea. i. Technology is the future, so to remain in the market and compete, one must be tech-enabled. It's a proven law that adaptation is the only way to survive. So leave excuses aside, and adopt the technology In any case, it's just the Zoom app and Slack that you need to Install and create an account for, and then click on the meeting link to participate in the meeting. Rest your brain, knowledge, and expertise—that's all you already have. That's why you are an entrepreneur. Else we know Kodak, Fujifilm, Nokia, Blackberry and many, were good companies ii. Assign someone from your organization to assist you. My English is not good so I can't prepare my presentation professionally, and I cannot participate in meetings. The goal of NCE meetings is to make you practice presenting your company in front of the client. Its a platform where you can groom yourself by looking at others how they Speak and present, or by being part of Education sessions & mentor sessions. But if you really want to grow you have to be presentable and must know all these techniques. Here, we all are from Navodaya, where the regional language is more than English (which, unfortunately, is the largest business language). So, to survive, we have only the option to learn, improve, and groom ourselves day by day. People know me and my business. Yesterday only, I introduced myself. Why should I introduce and repeat about myself again & again? Understand it with the following Example: i. We have known Colgate' for decades, so why does it still advertise? Because to remain in marker, Visibility is most important to make people remember you; even in their steep, you have to tell them repeatedly who you are and what you do. So feel proud about yourself and your Navodaya and keep introducing yourself time and again when the opportunity comes to Introduce and encash it. ii. To keep people engaged and interested in you, your product & Services. Keep Innovating, add new prepositions to your introduction, explain to me the product at a time, highlight unique Sale points, and keep networking. Remember, Network leads to Networth. The audience loses interest very soon, so ensure you are short, to the point, Innovative, and effective to create your mark in everyone's mind. These are the same people I meet every day; I already know them. So why attend an online meeting? I can simply call and get work done. i. With how many people do you have such a relationship with whom they shall recommend your services? joining meetings. Let you know the personnel and their business capabilities. day by day. It increases your mutual confidence. That's the main motto. Each of us should be salespeople for each other. understand It by the following story: A group of 100 people was made to blow up a balloon, write their respective names on it, and store it in a room. Now, once all the balloons with names were there in the room, they were given 1 minute altogether to take out their respective balloon, get the balloon with his/her name on it, and be announced as the winner. Everyone rushed, the room was full and chaotic, many balloons got busted and a very few lucky ones could get the balloon with their name on Then the trainer asked them to blow out new balloons again, keeping them inside the room again. Now the instructions given were: Pass the balloon to the person whore name is written on it. in a minute, everyone got his balloon, without any Chaos, without any tight or struggle, without bursting (losing) any balloon. That's what the concept of NCE is. We need to identity each other balloon (business opportunities), and need to pass it. For that matter, it's important to understand each other in depth. Hence, repeat repeat. repeat. Further, other exercises like swapping business introductions among members, one-on-one meetings, annual dinners, etc., are the activities NCE offers to strengthen the bond. These are multiple alumni groups' business meetings, etc., mushrooming day by day. NCE is also one of them. No. NCE is not just any other alumni group, thetical business group. It's a professionally managed sec-8 company, duly registered. it's engaged in business mentorship, business coaching, and business growth. Here, we talk, walk, and eat just business. So if you're a Navodayan & a businessman, it's the right place for you. I am already a billionaire. I don't need the help of any such group to get business; hence, there is nothing for me to be in this group. i. Big business owner, big risk. Hence needs trusted partners. The bond of Navodaya gives that comfort and confidence. ii. As a leader and a big name in the market, your guidance and leads can help many others. So, it's your moral responsibility to join the group and help others. iii. "जहां काम आवे सुई, कहां करे तलवार" In this recital and the story of the lion & rat, the rat cut the net & saved the lion, so you never know who from the group can be your best support in the hour of need. Sometimes, it may be just a cherry on the cake. but It adds value. So please join & be an active member. Why should I pay to join the group? It's a commitment fee and the amount is just 1000 for this year. Paying this ensures your genuine interest in the community. ii. Other professional groups charge 75k to 1 lakh for such networking; hence, this year's fee is a peanut. Your renewal fee will be higher next year. ⅲ. We at NCE believe in a fair & transparent approach, we want to promote paid services. No freebies or donations. Hence, to make the group autonomous, to bear the expenses of meetings, branding, stationary, etc., it is a must for members to pay. To ensure transparency, any member can demand an account statement/ledger/detail of expenditure, etc., to check the authenticity and details. So, pay a commitment fee for a better community and make it autonomous & sustainable. iv. We don't have any concept of founding members or so; everyone here is a member and is equal.
