> p.m. (CDT). Electronic services, including CM/ECF, PACER, e-Juror CJA
> e-Voucher, e-mail filing, and the public drop boxes will remain available.

> Notice Re: Fee Increases - Effective December 1, 2023: At its March 2023 and
> September 2023 sessions, on the recommendation of the Committee on Court
> Administration and Case Management, the Judicial Conference approved
> inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy
> court miscellaneous fee schedules, etc. These changes are scheduled to become
> effective December 1, 2023. Click HERE to view the full notice and the updated
> District Court Fee Schedule.

> Attention Pro Se Filers: Filings are currently being accepted by drop box,
> email, or in-person. For more information, please click HERE.

> Criminal Debt Payments: The Clerk's Office does not accept credit card
> payments over the phone, in person, or through Pay.Gov for any type of
> Criminal Debt payment. Please mail a check or money order made payable to
> Clerk, United States District Court, 46 East Ohio Street, Room 105,
> Indianapolis, IN 46204.
