This app has very little going for it. Booking works just ok, but nothing else
works well or reliably, especially information on delays. You would think the
small number of features would be manageable, but, sadly, no! Edit [June 2024]:
neither the app nor the website show a delay for a train that is around 15
minutes behind schedule. How can something so simple be done (or not done, I
guess) so poorly?

The app is plain weird: it decided based on I don't know what that I wanted to
pay in £ instead of $ and I could not find the setting. I tried filling in my
address, it crashed before saving. I tried searching for a trip, and the webpage
is not available. The last update seems to have broken more things on my side
than it has fixed.

Terrible. A big step down from the Thalys app, which already wasn't great. It
has bugs. It cannot remember that I am a senior and even when I change it from
adult to senior, the app still says adult. The worst change compared to the
Thalys app is that you cannot select seats anymore, not even in first class. The
trains are fully booked much of the time and overpriced due to their monopoly.
There aren't enough trains relative to the demand and it becomes harder and
harder to find a seat.

WHAT'S NEW

We've made some improvements and fixed a few bugs to make our app even easier to
use.

We've updated our app so, if you book to travel from today, our tickets are now
more flexible than ever before. And from 04 November, you’ll be able to travel
in our new travel classes: Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus, and Eurostar
Premier.
