a chilling step into the future of propaganda by deploying artificial
intelligence to resurrect its news anchors. This unsettling development not only
showcases the group’s adaptability and persistence but also raises profound
concerns about the potential for AI to be exploited for nefarious purposes.

The Washington Post recently reported that the terrorist organization has begun
using deepfake technology to create lifelike avatars of broadcasters who were
