What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track
the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to
track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on
your account page on the website.

 
What can you expect with our grading process for CGC,PSA and CSG.

When grading with us you can choose grading services with CGC, PSA, and CSG.
Depending on the grading company, shipping times will differ. On average we
expect anywhere from 5 to 7 weeks with all companies. You will be notified of
the grading stages throughout the process. 

After the order has been drafted and finalized, you should expect to see updates
when we receive and input the order at our headquarters. You will then be
updated when the grading company receives your order to grade, when the company
is done grading the order, and when it is shipped back to our headquarters!

We will then preform a quality check and inform you when the shipment is
fulfilled. At this time you will receive an email with a tracking number from
our shop. If you have questions or concerns about this process please contact us

My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following
circumstances:
- Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to
either wrong address or no one being present at the given address
- The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin
code was wrong
- You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order

Under these circumstances, our customer support team would try to contact you on
your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is
not reachable, then the package is returned to the origin.

 
How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type
of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to
process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

 
How do I track the progress of an order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an Text
notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking
on the link provided in the email.

Our customer service team is available throughout the week, all business days
