steps:

 1. Hold your Apple Watch close to the NFC reader on the treadmill console.
 2. You will hear a soft beep and feel a vibration when the connection is made.
 3. Your Apple Watch will display: “Connect?” Press “OK”.
 4. Scroll down on the watch face to select “Indoor Run”.
