OUR STORY IS THE ULTIMATE SETUP...



When convincing Emily to join in her move from NYC to DC, her best friend Zoë
had a mission in mind: to introduce Emily to her friend Zach. Unbeknownst to
Zach, Emily was about to enter his life and change it forever. Our first meeting
took place at a casual brunch, attended by many of you. What started as a simple
introduction quickly evolved into something more, the sparks flew, and we’ve
been attached at the hip ever since. We like to think we are completely in sync.
We are the same type of weird and often come up with the same strange ideas at
exactly the same time. One memory that stands out is the Christmas when we both
surprised the other with lava lamps as gifts. It was a moment that solidified
our connection and made us realize we were meant to be together. We love the
life we have built together filled with movie nights, obsessing over niche
historical events, and leaving parties early to get home to our dog, Rigatoni.
What we cherish most about each other is our unwavering support and the comfort
we find in each other's presence. Emily appreciates Zach's innate kindness and
calming influence, while Zach admires the intensity, honesty, and humor that
Emily brings into any conversation. Our relationship isn’t built on grand
gestures or fairy-tale moments. Instead it's grounded in everyday experiences,
understanding that we are partners in all aspects of life, and remembering that
"your mess is mine."
