HOW CAN I USE VOUCHSAFE?

Vouchsafe can be used standalone for small-scale or occasional use, or
integrated into your existing services via our OpenID Connect-compliant API.


HOW CAN VOUCHSAFE HELP ME MEET GPG45?

Vouchsafe is the first tool that can help you meet GPG45 medium confidence
without requiring an ID document; the standard required for most government
services.

WHO IS BACKING VOUCHSAFE?

Our first customer is the Scottish Government, who are using Vouchsafe to
provide vital public services to 1 million Scots.

DO 1 IN 5 PEOPLE REALLY STRUGGLE TO PROVE WHO THEY ARE?

Yes! It's even worse in some circumstances.

This number is an average of the measured verification rates of our early
customers, and is also informed by large-sample studies on topics like voter ID.


HOW DOES VOUCHSAFE PROTECT DATA AND PRIVACY?

Proving who you are necessarily involves sharing some personal information with
us, which we store in an encrypted form, so third parties can’t read it without
your permission.

We store this data on servers located in the UK—it is never sent abroad.

We delete your personal data seven days after you’ve successfully proved your
identity. No one, including us, is able to access it after this point.
