I’m looking for payment or invoice approval status.

When your customer approves your invoice for payment, AvidXchange will send your
funds via your preferred payment method.  For 24/7 visibility into your invoice
and payment statuses, request access to the AvidPay Network for Supplier portal.
I need help with a payment.

the AvidPay Network for Supplier portal.
 
For all other payment inquiries, you can reach us by visiting our Supplier Care
page and completing the form on screen.  Or you can chat with us by selecting
the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
I need to update my preferred payment method.


Visit our Supplier Care page select ‘Payment question’ and then ‘Change my
payment method’ from the dropdown menus.

How do I submit an invoice?


You should submit invoices as instructed by your customer: via email or to their
dedicated P.O. box. If you’re emailing an invoice, keep in mind that only one
invoice per PDF with a maximum size of 5 MB should be sent. You may include
multiple attachments with each email.

How do I process my Mastercard payment?

Simply process the payment just like any standard credit card taken over the
phone. Keep in mind any card expiration dates and note that any discrepancies in
the amount entered to your POS system may cause the card to be declined.

team by visiting www.avidxchange.com/supplier-care and completing the form on
the screen.
