I was due to have foot surgery last week and wanted to start my convalescence

natural, fragrance free steam clean service. My husband is severely allergic to

I’m so happy with this service! The prices are affordable and I feel better
knowing they use natural products. They come every 2 weeks and alternate between
a light clean and a full clean. I had one... time where someone missed
something, which happens because we are all human, and they immediately
scheduled a reclean of that area. And then during the reclean they also did the
floors again which was a huge surprise! I always get a call 15-30 min before
they come and when they finish they leave sweet notes. One time they noticed
some new baby things and told me congratulations and I was tickled by it so now
that note is on my fridge. I’m extremely happy with the last few months of
service and am SO glad I finally signed up after years of wishing I had

to it. They spend about two hours dusting and vacuuming our 3100 square feet,

Unbelievable attention to detail..... everything from baseboards, to window, to

The techs are always friendly and very thorough. I like that they understand my
situation with having cats that sometimes are hiding under the comforter or the

I came across Naturalcare Cleaning Service after being cancelled last minute by
another cleaner. I like how they send out another confirmation email ahead of
time so I felt assured that the team will... come. I haven't got professional
cleaning for my home for quite a while so I selected deep clean from
Naturalcare. It's a wonderful job done. I was thinking it as a one-time thing
but I may consider recurring after this experience. They were nice enough to
call me ahead of time to leave me enough time to get home and get ready. They
arrived at the time they promised and started working right away. The team did a
thorough job and I was surprised and really impressed with the quality check
conducted after the cleaning. The team didn't rush it and they spent a full 5.5
hours doing an amazing job. Highly recommended.read more

I am recovering from a hip replacement and a broken shoulder so I can't do any
house cleaning for a while. I wasn't able to supervise during my first cleaning
and apparently didn't communicate what... I expected sufficiently to get the job
done the way I expected. If you have special circumstances like I do you must be
very specific about what you want done in the time allotted.Even though my first
cleaning wasn't quite what I wanted done, now that Vini and Minorca have done
the second cleaning I really want to compliment them on the great job they did.
They listened to my priorities and did an excellent job of organizing their time
so that they completed my most important tasks efficiently. Five stars for
them!They were great with my dogs too.read more

I always enjoy the services Natural Care provides me. I live in a high rise
apartment complex and the day I originally had my appointment booked, the front
desk person was away. They quickly called... me an offered to reschedule free of

Crystal and Kevante came to clean our house today and did a great job! They
completely scrubbed our stone shower that its squeaky clean. They also helped us
find all the lost dog toys under beds... and couches. Both my dogs look forward
to their visit b/c they know the missing toys will be found. Thanks for the good

Crystal always gives our house a thorough, careful cleaning. It is wonderful to
come home and have that feeling of entering a clean, neat home! During the past
two cleans, I have been on vacation,... so I have actually been present during
the cleaning process. I was very impressed with the way Crystal worked around
both me and the near-constant barking of our dog who is very serious about her

Rosie works hard to make sure I am happy with my by-weekly housecleaning. She is
careful to address the little things that I care about. When the team is
finished she finds me where ever I am in the... house and she waits while I
inspect. If anything is not the way I think it should be she takes care of it
then and there. She is cheerful and always brings a little happiness to my

This is the best cleaning service I've ever used. The staff is always friendly
and cleaners are extremely hard working. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
The steam machines they use are state... of the art and clean beautifully. You
really don't need harsh cleansers to do the job. I started by using them for a
big spring cleaning job and am now using them regularly. I can't imagine being

Cristal & Kelladee did such a great job with my home! They sent me a text
message 30 minutes before they came so I'd know when to expect them to get to my
house. They were very thorough with all my... floors-- carpet, wood, and tile. I
love coming home to something spotless, they did great with my countertops and
dusted pretty much every flat surface! They even made up my bed and washed my
breakfast dishes, I really couldn't have asked for anything better.I've been
very impressed with the office and customer support of Naturalcare (this is my
third month with them now), they've been very attentive to my needs and respond
to problems quickly. It's a great company all around with competitive pricing. I
plan on continuing to use them.read more

I can't say enough good things about Natural Care Cleaning! I am one of their
original customers, and I chose them because I didn't want harsh chemicals used
in my home to obtain a clean living... space. They have followed me to 2
different homes in two different cities. I have never had any major problems and
they are always willing to work with my schedule. If I had to pick two things
that make them stand out, one would be their thoroughness, and the other would
be having the same crew every clean. Elania has been cleaning my house for some
now. She always goes above and beyond, and makes sure the rest of her crew works
just as hard as she does. Elania also has Juanita and Karen on her cleaning team

Naturalcare Cleaning Service makes my house look and smell great! The steam
cleaning method makes me feel confident that the kitchen and bathrooms, and all
the floors are not just looking good, but... actually deep cleaned and
disinfected. With two dogs, our house is always in need of extra care, and they
deliver. I've never come home to smell chemicals or heavy lingering scents, only
fresh, clean, and natural fragrances. Already converted my best friend to use
Naturalcare, too!Booking online was easy and painless - I even used the Live
Chat feature to have a few questions answered. The email they send the day
before the clean with an approximate arrival time is so helpful, and has never
been off by more than 30 minutes. My experience talking to support/office staff

The steam cleaning on the floors is especially good - gets out more grime that
tends to form in the grooves of vinyl and also tile floors look several shades

My daughter is a very busy career woman with little time to be concerned about
her house so she asked me to choose a housecleaning service for her. I hired
Natural Care Cleaning. I am VERY picky... and am delighted to say that my
daughter and I are 100% satisfied with the service received. I believe they have
been providing service for her a little over a year and the house always smells
fresh and the bathrooms are sparkling. The initial clean was performed after a
very dusty remodeling job. It did take a couple of cleanings to get all the fine
dust that continued to settle out of the air, but once that was accomplished it

I am a bit of a neatnik and germaphobe and have had several different cleaning
services over the last two years. I just wasn't satisfied with the level of
clean and questioned the sanitation level... UNTIL I used Natural Cleaning
Service, that is. The use of germ killing steam combined with Rico's attention
to detail is a winning combination! I like the freedom of addressing any area or
item that needs special attention and not being stuck on the rotation (when
nothing is "really" clean at the same time) merry-go-round. The use of natural
