     GREAT HOTEL IN A GREAT LOCATION
     
     I've stayed in a plethora of hotels these past few years. I'm not a fan of
     many, however this one was amazing.
     I brought my significant other with me to this business trip and it felt
     more like holiday than another business excursion..

     BEAUTIFUL HOTEL/AMENITIES STUCK IN COVID TIMES
     
     This is a beautiful property. The rooms and design are high end luxury. The
     restaurants do not match expectations with reduced hours, limited menu, and
     very disappointing cocktails on the rooftop bar. Stay for the room and plan

     OK BUT NOT AS GREAT AS OTHER MARRIOTTS.
     
     I have stayed at many Marriotts across the country so I had high
     expectations for the SLS Luxury hotel in Beverly Hills. Unfortunately the
     hotel did not meet those expectations. Reception was understaffed. Multiple
     staff behind the counter however only one person was checking people in
     while the line grew from 7 to over 10 trying to check in. Checkout was
     similar but not as bad a wait. Roof top bar was very pricey. Valet service
     was polite and efficient. Rooms were nice but decor was a bit
     eccentric/bizzare (multiple monkey images). Good location to restaurants. I
     have stayed at many other Marriotts that have provided a much more
     satisfying experience.

     The atmosphere and location was great, room size and decor was nice. The
     service was lacking and the valet made a mistake which made me late for a
     very important surprise for my fiancés birthday. The manager didn’t take
     ownership for the mistake and showed they really don’t value my time or the
     time of my fiancé who’s birthday we were celebrating.

     IMPECCABLE PERSONALIZED SERVICE
     
     The SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills, was one of the best mini vacays I've ever
     experienced. The service was exquisite at every step of our stay—from the
     front door to the concierge to the rooftop pool. The hotel decor is modern
     and cool and the rooms clean and big. The rooftop pool with waitstaff and
     views is the place to enjoy hours on end. One unique feature was an
     employee showing up outside our room every day offering bottled water. SLS
     goes above and beyond. Book it!
