E GIFT CARD SYSTEM COULD BE IMPROVED.
It's not very clear that it is definitely sent by email. These are usually
sent as gifts, so the fact it was actually rather difficult to ensure it was
getting sent to my gift receiver and that I would get the receipt was a
surprise. Needs to be a little clearer.
I even get emails asking if I am enjoying my gift. Riight.
Also the fact you can only choose a few $$ amounts was a pain! It's online.
It's not that hard to load it with any amount!
Otherwise.. I think my family enjoyed using it. Hope it's not too difficult
to use on their end!

STAFF COMPENSATE FOR COMPUTER ERROR
Anaconda's on-line system failed and my 2 x $500 gift purchase could not be
processed (due to an "internal computer system error"- quote). I was forced
to give my daughter-in-law the cash and hoped that she would still visit
Anaconda to purchase the present (Kayak or Bike) she was considering.
The redeeming feature that caused me to assign the "3-star" neutral rating
(instead of a zero) was the very good follow- up apology from the personable
and attentive Customer Service staff member and the prompt (2 business days)
return of funds to my credit card.
