Hello,

I’m glad you’re here! I wanted to create a place to share a bit more about
myself and my music. So, feel free to read through this page in which I placed
some basic information about myself and my music, as well as some external links
and contact information.

50-WORD BIO

Amber Schnake is a composer and percussionist from Overland Park, Kansas, and a
lover of plants and nature. She aims to use music to express imagery and
stories, and hopes to communicate her experiences of being neurodivergent,
LGBTQ+, and a human in the 21st century.


VARIOUS ASSORTED INFORMATION

Schnake rhymes with Rocky, Hockey, or Blocky.

Amber goes by both she/her/hers and they/them/theirs pronouns, and labels
herself as a nonbinary woman.

Amber knows basic HTML/CSS so she made this site on her own (she’s rather proud
of that)

If you would like for Amber to make sheet music available for a practice
composition (less serious works or works written before fall of 2022), feel free
to send her an email and she can make it available on bandcamp when she next
gets a chance.

If you would like to use a recording or sheet music that Amber made, ask her and
I bet she’d be okay with that!

If you have an interest in commissioning Amber to write a new work, email her!
She’d almost certainly be happy to do so if you’re willing to work out a
