OUR TEAM

Garanti Istanbul Mobility Services has been founded on 2012 and since then has
driven into a reliable relocation and global mobility partner in Turkey.

Our mobility consultants, Serpil Akyazıcı and Nilufer Dursun are in business for
long years. When the industry is grown up from household goods moving to
relocation then to global mobility they have gained experience and knowledge
about all aspects of the business.

 

Serpil Akyazıcı
lastly carried country manager role of an international relocation company in
Istanbul for 8 years and then started at Garanti Istanbul Mobility Services in
2012. She holds master degree in International Relations & Politics from
Istanbul University .
Nilüfer Dursun
has worked as a sales and operation manager for 6 years in an international
company to support corporate clients and their expatriates. She has started at
Garanti Istanbul Mobility Services in 2012. She holds associate degree of
foreign trade from Anadolu University and bachelor degree of Business
Administration from Anadolu University.

Preview / Orientation Visit

This service is an accompanied visit to be prepared for the new daily life in
Istanbul. It can be arranged on arrival as well as on post arrival to provide an
in depth introduction to Istanbul and to ensure that our clients are settled as
quickly as possible. Each program is tailored to meet our client’s needs and to
provide information on key areas of interest, to highlight available
accommodations, seeing best residential areas, schools kindergartens, transport
routes, shopping areas, recration facilities , public servcies etc.

Airport Transfer Arrangment

This service is to reduce stress and provide a streamlined arrival into a
“foreign” location. We liaise arrival flight itinerary, number of persons
travelling and quantity of luggage then coordinate and confirm a transfer from
airport to temporary accommodation, office or new residence.

Temporary Accomodition Arrangment

This service comprises the arrangement of temporary accommodation in serviced
apartments for our clients either on departure or in the initial period on
arrival. It can also be used for those on short-term assignments, during
situations where a family is moving at different time. We ensure that temporary
accommodation is arranged in accordance with client’s needs, with corporate
relocation policy, corporate budget and local market availability.

School Finding

When relocating with children, education is a major preoccupation, even a
barrier to accept an assignment at all. Often search for a school delays search
for a home, because one decision fundamentally impacts the other. We ensure that
all education needs are identified and information concerning schools are
provided, accompanied visits are arranged with the schools.

Home Finding

Finding a new home is extremely time-consuming, especially when you don’t know
that much about the area you are moving to. We provide guidance and support to
secure a house/flat fullfils client’s needs as much as possible, and meets
corporates policy guideline includig lease negotitotion coordinating deposit
