The design was assigned to Yordan Boyadzhiev, who was a prominent architect from Ruse at the time. It is uncertain why the initial project was not implemented but instead it was later applied for the reception building at the Airport in the town of Targovishte. PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE? Not necessarily. It is up to you to determine if any given location is one you can physically visit. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE LOCATIONS FOR EACH BUILDING/SITE? OR THE LOCATION IS WRONG! Placing historical buildings/sites on a map can be tricky. We choose locations based on what we think makes the most sense. Sometimes we get it wrong (and sometimes there is no "right" answer).
