LANDORE RESORCES AGREES VARIATION TO THUNDER BAY OPTION

Landore Resources Ltd (AIM:LND, OTC:LNDLF) and Storm Exploration have agreed a
further variation of four months to the payment schedule for the Miminiska Lake
and Keezhik Lake options.

Under the variation, Storm will make a cash payment of C$250,000 (£147,000) and
a convertible cash payment of C$500,000 on or before 24 November 2023.

A further cash payment of C$500,000 and a convertible cash payment of C$750,000
are due on or before 24 May 2024.

Storm has the exclusive discretion to determine if each tranche of the
convertible cash payments is settled in cash or in new common shares.

Miminiska Lake and Keezhik Lake are in the Thunder Bay Mining district, Northern
Ontario.
