   All we ask for is a deposit. The deposit is 20% the price of the building. We
   also offer In-House Financing, traditional financing, and rent to own.
   
   


 * DO YOU DO RENT TO OWN?
   
   
   Yes we do rent to own. You rent out our building and make payments over time
   until you own it.
