Hello there! I’m Kiana Naimi, LCSW

I understand where you’re coming from.

The feelings you're experiencing right now don’t define you as "bad, broken,
incomplete, or anything else"; they are a natural part of being human. Everyone
encounters varying emotions from time to time, and that's perfectly okay. The
key is to recognize, acknowledge, and process our emotions in a way that helps
us gain insight into ourselves and empowers us to keep going.

I firmly believe that true empowerment involves delving into the underlying
reasons behind our feelings and emotions. These roots run deep, affecting not
just our minds but also our bodies and souls. While we once thought that
changing our thoughts alone could solve everything, we now understand that
achieving physical calmness and the ability to stay present are essential
ingredients. They allow clarity of thought to emerge, enabling us to transform
our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs effectively.

That's why I practice holistic healing and take pride in my expertise in helping
you connect the dots that other professionals may have overlooked.

In my practice, I provide a nurturing space where you can release long-held
burdens (and discuss all of life's "taboos" such as sex, drugs, gambling, gang
affiliation, finances, etc.). Throughout our journey together, I will ensure
that you receive non-judgmental guidance and insights to facilitate rapid
improvement. We'll leverage the mind-body connection to your advantage. By
learning to pause and restore inner calm, you'll gain the resilience to face
life's challenges and cultivate thriving relationships.

 1. Schedule your free consultation on my Contact page

 2. We will meet to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy at this time and what
    you would like to accomplish as a result of working together.

 3. I will also tell you a bit about me and my clinical expertise.

 4. If we mutually decide that we’re a good fit to work together, clinically, I
    will send you the necessary documentation to complete via my electronic
    health record system, Simple Practice. From there, we will schedule a time
    to meet via Telehealth for our initial assessment.
