platform capable of
rotating 2 circles per minute with a diameter of 10000mm. The organizers
consulted many
manufacturers but couldn’t find a suitable supplier untill they found Engineer
Luo.

WHAT IS A CAR TURNTABLE?

Car turntable, a rotating platform where your vehicles can be parked on and
rotated continously. Where the area is limited, or need to rotate the car,
display the car, our turntables car help. One or two vehicles, sedan, SUV or
trucks, diameter 3m to max 50m, and customized top surface, are all possible in
Turnx.



HOW DOES A CAR TURNTABLE WORK?

Turnx car turntable, rely on a spinning wheel that makes contact with a
stationary surface, we call it rail track. As the motor wheels rotates, it
creates friction against the surface it is in contact with, which causes the
surface to rotate as well. Friction drive motors usually adopts 4 motor or 6
motors to work together, which depends on the plate diameter and capacity,
especially when the turntable diameter within 6m and 4t capacity, friction drive
turntable is highly recommended, due to its quite easier installation, faster
speed and much more cost effective.
