UNABLE TO READ NAME AND DATE FIELDS ONCE THE DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED.
The name and date fields look fine when I add them to my document, but once they
have been filled in and the document has been signed they are unreadable, it is
almost like the fields are too small but i can’t see anyway to make them bigger.
Has anyone had any experience with this? This is what it looks like once signed

I CAN'T CHANGE MY SIGNATURE AND INITIALS ON A DOCUMENT
I was sent a document for signature by a 3rd party. I opened the relevant link
and uploaded my custom signature. I clicked the region to be signed.
Unfortunately the image initials appear too small in the document. Now every
time I open the link it uses the same initials to sign and I can't change it. I
tried to hover of the logo to get the change signature option but it doesn't
show up. How do I resolve this issue?

Tab string was not found in the document. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58105\"
not found. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58110\" not found.) Although I can see
these strings on the document.

CAN NOT SIGN
I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word
doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it
through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time
it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign
nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help
from anyone.

DOCUSIGN SECURITY QUESTIONS- FINDING THEM IRRELEVANT?
Hello- Is it just me or are many of you finding security questions irrelevant? I
personally had one for a distant cousin of my father who is passed away over a
decade. Clients get them about family members they haven't lived with over a
decade. I just keep telling clients to keep taking and using different answers
but there has to be a better way

ON SOMEONE'S ELSE LEVEL
I used to be able to see the pending envelopes on someone else’s level when I am
cc’d on the document at the same level that they have been assigned as a signer
and recently it changed. Is there a way to turn this feature back on? As far as
I am aware I didn’t change anything on my end.

SIGNING WHILE SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT
I have always had the ability to sign documents that require my signature, or
that I am the only Signer on while signed into my Docusign account. Usually
Docusign will even trigger a pop-up asking if I want to sign immediately, or
from the dashboard it will allow me to immediately access the envelope in order
to sign. However, as of this week this has no longer been an option. I am using
a chrome browser and I have tried clearing my Cache and Cookies additionally I
have tried a different device as well. Is anyone else having this issue?

SIGNING A DOCUMENT, ONLY INITIALS APPEAR, CANNOT CHANGE
I received a document to be initialed in one location and signed in another. I
clicked the initial box first wrote in my initials, then clicked the box to sign
and my initials automatically populate instead of my signature with no way of
changing this. I’ve tried on my iPhone and my windows desktop and I cannot find
a way to change or edit the signature in the document. I’ve added new signatures
to my docusign account but they do not show up either. I’ve been fighting with
this for like three hours and can’t get it to work. Any help would be
appreciated.

PHISHING EMAILS FROM DOCUSIGN.NET DOMAIN
I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and
none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They
reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page. I
guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is
difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms
length is bad practice. Edit: Spam@docusign.com. What a waste of my time finding
that. Edit 2: Spam@… blocked my email as spam. This is BS. Going to block the
domain on the server.

often, then I wait about 15 minutes or half an hour and everything is back to
normal. Anybody knows what the problem is?

Good day, is there an option that one can sign once and it populates all the
necessary signature spots. i.e when a document is sent with multiple pages to be
signed, one can click once and all pages are signed instead of each page to be
clicked on?

I am trying to send the same document to 3 people to sign. when I get the
fields, there are 3 different colors. When I select continue, it says add fields
for person #2 and #3. I select that and nothing happens. If I select continue,
then person 2 and 3 have no fields. How do I get fields on everyone’s document?

I have a user that is not receiving notifications to sign in the inbox of
Docusign. She says they are showing up in outlook, but she had to search for
them. Im an admin for our place of business. I sent her a test form to sign
about an hour ago and it hasnt show up yet.

NO "REVIEW DOCUMENTS" OPTION
I sent some clients a document to sign in which I had to sign as well. When I
got the email to sign, there was no issues and I signed accordingly. As for my
clients, there is no yellow “review documents” button to click to take them to
DocuSign to sign their documents. I facetimed the clients and they showed me and
it is very odd. I resent the package numerous times and a couple times it
flashed the “review documents” option, but it was only there for a fraction of a
second. The entire blue banner where the review documents option should be is
entirely blank. Can someone help?

Hi guys, I am trying to sign a document but when its time to verify my identity
the app says that the document type or origin is not accepted. I am using a
Canadian passport or a Canadian driving license and neither are working despite
being in the list of supported documents. Any idea how to solve this issue, why
would that not work? Thanks in advance.
