Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via
email within 24 hours of receipt.


REFUND POLICY

‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be
processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”


CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer may cancel any services ordered and made under Sketchup Technical
Services LLC Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written
notice of cancellation is received no less than 14 days before the 1st build-up
day for standard items and 30 days for bespoke services.

If a customer has made any payment to Sketchup Technical Services LLC for the
order, Sketchup Technical Services LLC will refund 100% of such payment less the
portion of such payment for services already performed or delivered by Sketchup
Technical Services LLC.

For any questions regarding this refund/ cancellation policy, please contact us
directly on sales@sketchupllc.com.

If a customer has made any payment to Sketchup Technical Services LLC for the
