LOOKING TOWARD NEXT SEASON



We are wrapping up our club season while also looking forward to next season
training.    We would love to have as many girls as possible involved in
volleyball, to make that possible coaches are always in high demand.

VERTIMAX TRAINING




MAXIMIZE your athlete's potential with VERTIMAX

Improve your vertical, strength and conditioning with Vertimax training at
Manassas Volleyball Club.  Our fully trained and certified coaches are
available.


VOLLEYBALL COURT RENTAL

The volleyball court is for rent at an hourly rate.  If you know anyone that
would like more information please have them reach out to us at
manassasvolleyballclub@gmail.com

GOAL

We are committed to providing a positive environment for our players to reach
their greatest potential. Along with athletic skills, we emphasize ethics and
positive values, instilling self confidence and success in our players both on
and off the court. We strive to provide a solid foundation of fundamental and
technical skills which help our players develop, not only as athletes, but also
as individuals. 

COACHING

At Manassas Volleyball Club we provide our athletes with the technical,
strategic, physical and mental training needed to
realize their goals. They learn teamwork, self-discipline, goal setting,
personal responsibility, and the excitement of individual and team achievements.
