Vaughn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a Rogue with

My friend, her black lab and I were headed on a journey to the land of live free
or die from the land of brotherly love, when the adventure took a turn for the
worse. We stopped for petrol in Northampton, Mass. I ran in to get water and
mini-starbursts whilst my friend and her loyal dog turned the Nissan Frontier
around. Upon my return from the convenient store, I got into the truck but it
won’t turn over. The immediate surprise of the truck not turning over quickly
escalated as the temperatures soared. We Googled, YouTubed, we brought over
fellow wayfaring travelers with battery recharging devices in attempts to revive
our loyal Nissan. We deducted that the break sensor was causing the issue but
lacked the ability to thwart the electronic demon keeping us in the parking lot
of a gas station in Northampton, Mass. I retreated to a local vet clinic to keep
the Black lab comfortable. The ladies running the clinic were accommodating and
allowed us to stay in the waiting room whilst my friend was troubleshooting the
issue, calling tow trucks, and finding a local Nissan dealer. After what seemed
like a fortnight due to the extreme temperatures, but in actually was only
hours, we had the truck on a tow truck headed to Country Nissan. It was at the
Country Nissan when our epic failure of a journey took a turn for the better.
The guys at Country Nissan knocked customer service out of the park. They not
only stated that they would be able to repair the Frontier the very next day,
but they proceeded to give us a loaner car to drive the remaining 3 hours to New
Hampshire. The next day they had not only repaired the truck but they sent an
employee up here to drop it off and pick up the loaner. That was a six hour
round trip. Nicest Nissan dealer ever. I bought a Datsun shirt from them to
commemorate the experience.

We broke down 5 hours from home on our way to our summer vacation and
desperately needed assistance from a Nissan dealer. We had our dog with us, and
it was 100+ degrees in the sun where we were stuck. Country Nissan hooked us up
with a vehicle and a quick repair to let us continue on our vacation as
minimally disrupted as possible. Everyone treated us with genuine kindness and
care in a very stressful and desperate moment. I am so thankful for their
genuine care and concern. I have no doubt that this is their common practice,
and wish I was local to make this my Nissan dealer!
