ALMOND D BALLS

Ingredients
 * 1 cup raw almonds
 * ½ cup pitted dates
 * 1 Tbsp water
 * 2 tsp cinnamon
 * ½ tsp vanilla
 * ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 1. In a food processor, using the S blade, process almonds until they are
    pretty small. Set ½ aside in a small bowl. Add dates to the processor and
    process until you have a fine meal like mix. Add rest of ingredients. You’ll
    want the mixture to be sticking together. Scrape bowl with spatula to be
    sure all ingredients are processed.
 2. Using your hands, form 1” balls then roll in remaining almond pieces. Store
    in fridge in tightly covered container for a week.
