FAST AND EFFICIENT PRE-BANKRUPTCY CERTIFICATION



Work with one of the most established companies in the financial counseling
sector. We have been helping people with financial education for over 50 years.

Before filing for bankruptcy, you must receive a financial briefing that
outlines the opportunities for available credit counseling and have a budget
analysis performed during the 180 day period preceding the date you file
bankruptcy.

Counseling sessions take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1½ hours. Following this
counseling, you will receive a budget analysis and a certificate. The
certificate must be filed with the court along with your bankruptcy paperwork.

BEFORE filing for bankruptcy, the UNITED STATES FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURT
REQUIRES THAT YOU UNDERGO CREDIT COUNSELING AND RECEIVE A BANKRUPTCY
CERTIFICATE from an APPROVED CREDIT COUNSELING AGENCY.

COST



Courses are $25 online or $50 by phone, walk-in, or paperwork for single or
joint filers.  Courses are convenient, affordable, and simple to complete.

The course is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week from any device.  You may
take it at your convenience and you may start and stop at any time.

Your certificate will be delivered to you and your attorney in 1 Hour via email,
FAX, USPS, or account download.

FEE WAIVER PROGRAM




We do have a fee waiver program. Eligibility will be determined during the
online registration process. If you are eligible for a fee waiver of the $25 fee
for this counseling you may apply for final approval by completing the Fee
Waiver Request Form. We will review the information and let you know if you are
eligible for a fee waiver based on the information you provide and if your
income is less than 150 percent of the poverty guidelines published by the
United States Department of Health and Human Services. A chart is provided with
the form. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days with the results of
your request. Please submit the following documents to us by one of the
following methods for review: The form and Schedule I (if prepared) or Proof of
Income such as 1 month pay, unemployment, or disability stub.
