PAIN MANAGEMENT AND DEPRESSION

I absolutely LOVE my ice bath. Used it everyday for the last 3 weeks - set it up
near our chest freezer for easy access to frozen ice bottles - Bunnings had the
fittings so I could connect it straight to the garden hose for easy cleaning and
emptying. I add magnesium and have already seen a huge improvement in my pain
levels - I have arthritis, spurs and nerve impingement in my thoracic and lumber
spine. Added bonus - my mental state has improved tremendously. Only down side -
the top ring possibly needs to be made of something more durable we punctured it
somehow an can’t find the hole - having said that my daughter has sensory issues
and the softness of the upper ring is very soothing to her. Overall - best pain
management alternative to medication I have found. Huge thumbs up

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

Ice bath is great and very simple to setup and then pack up. I did not want to
have a permanent ice bath setup at home so this one is a great solution. Size is
perfect as it allows me to sit comfortably but is not too large requiring a
large amount of ice to get cold.

THE RECOVERY PROJECT PORTABLE ICE BATH

I purchased the RP PIB after doing a Wim Hoff workshop in January. I did a lot
of "googling" and decided on this particular PIB. I love it. Since receiving it,
I have used it multiple times, both with and without ice. Great for cooling off
after mowing the lawns (no ice), and absolutely sensational when bagged ice is
added. It's situated on my rear balcony, overlooking a valley and it is nothing
short of brilliant. Thank you.
