Hustle for Humanity works locally, nationally, and internationally to promote
and protect human rights. Its goal is to maximize the effectiveness of
advocates, educators, community members, and professionals by giving them
educational resources and advocacy tools to advance an informed human rights
agenda.

We endeavor to globally publicize the text of the UDHR and to cause it to be
disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other
educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of
countries or territories. Recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal
and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of
freedom, justice and peace in the world. It is essential that human rights
should be protected by the rule of law.

OUR WORKS

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. This
necessitates the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and
well-being of oneself and of one’s family, including food, clothing, housing,
medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the
event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of
livelihood in circumstances beyond one’s control. After basic needs are met,
education is perhaps the most important fundamental human right.


FOOD

Food banks, soup kitchens, food pantries.


WATER

Wells, sustainable water supplies, safe hygiene and sanitation.


SHELTER

Homeless shelters, emergency shelters, disaster management scenarios, affordable
housing.
