[TEXT] RABEYA: I would have to say the culture is definitely family. The
coworkers that you have, they really turn into family. Your managers, your
leaders, they're really people that you can look up to.
JEN: The culture is definitely engaging and fun. We know that you're here to do
a job so we want to try to make your life as easy as possible with the support,
with the knowledge, but some additional fun sprinkled in. So that is definitely
one thing that keeps me with ADP because I love being my authentic self. I love
working with great people. My creative side and my strategic side get to have
lunch together daily, and that's what keeps me going.
DEREK: It feels like a family environment to be honest. It's relaxing. If you're
having a stressful day, there are people there who can motivate you and uplift
you in order to change that around. They care about what you're going through,
how you feel, and that's important.
JADA: When I first graduated I was a little nervous to start working in
corporate America. I thought, you know it's very intimidating. You have to be
serious all the time. ADP has basically a come as you are policy, be who you
are. Don't shy away from showing your true self. So the culture at ADP is
comforting. It definitely helps me do my job the way that I'm able to just
because I know I can be myself. I don't have to put on a front in order for my
company to take me serious. They're able to see me for who I truly am and
appreciate that.
JEN: The office is not what I would consider like a typical corporate
environment. As soon as you walk in, you have amenities like the cafeteria. We
even have a little barista bar. You definitely have a gym. We also have a lot of
patio space. So during your day you can go outside. No one is a stranger.
Everyone's going to talk to you. You're going to learn about everybody just
while you're standing in line to get your food.
DEREK: I work in the office at Tempe, Arizona. The vibe is amazing. You
definitely have a cafeteria, but then they also have a Starbucks. There are some
relaxation rooms so when you do have your breaks and your lunches, you can go
there and relax, chill out. Some floors they have little games in where you can
play, foosball table, things like that. Great vibe. Love the energy. I'm
definitely looking forward to getting back into the office.
JADA: The vibe is amazing. Everyone is just friendly. Even if I don't know you
and I see you in the hallway, it's always, "Hi. How are you today?" No matter
the type of day you're having, I feel like I can just take a breath, take a
walk, and I come across people that just make my day even brighter.
RABEYA: It's not super uptight with how the vibe is there. It's very friendly
and just cozy. You feel like that's home.
JEN: We have a lot of friends and family type events throughout the year. We
actually even had a carnival style activity. We bring rides, food, games, also
we have ice cream socials in the office. We have a lot of appreciation luncheons
for our associates for milestones, such as birthdays or anniversaries with ADP,
but we also just like to have fun and prank each other. I've walked into sticky
notes all over someone's desk, balloons coming out of drawers and offices, to
glitter and confetti everywhere. So we really just try to have fun and celebrate
all the wins.
JADA: I'm close to my teammates. They're like family, especially when we're in
the office. I love being around them, and I can't wait to get back in the office
to be around them again.
RABEYA: I can't wait to go to the office. When I was in the office I was always
like I wish I could work from home. But now working from home for like a year,
I'm kind of like, all right. I'm ready to go back now.
JEN: The office really does have that hype nature. The vibes are just constantly
on 10. You want to go to work.

I joined the BRG to expand my knowledge of ADP and expand my associate network,
really. I wanted to meet people outside of my organization. I wanted to learn
more about ADP through the people that I meet through different orgs. So the BRG
gave me access to events and speakers and situations that I would never have
normally had in my normal day to day job.

…networking opportunity but also the sense of team. I miss that sense of team
being when I was in the military but I also wanted to also broaden my network at

And the BRGs are so open and inclusionary with an easy way of how do I get to
