HOW IT WORKS


01 REFER SOMEONE TO CLARENCE

Refer a colleague or business partner to Clarence. They mustn't have had a
previous business relationship or membership with Clarence.


02 THEY JOIN FOR MIN 12 MONTHS

They join Clarence for a minimum 12 months with a serviced office agreement at
any of our 6 locations across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.


03 START PACKING!

Once they join, you start planning your holiday! We'll be in touch to confirm
dates and book your sun-soaked tropical getaway and you'll soon be lounging on a
Bali beach, cocktail in hand.


04 KEEP REFERRING, CONTINUE TRAVELLING!

For each new successful referral, you'll earn an additional holiday package, or
stack the holiday package value to go on an even bigger trip to a destination of
your choice!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Referral Eligibility
 * The referral must commit to a serviced office agreement with Clarence for a
   minimum of 12 months.
 * The referral must be submitted through the designated referral program page
   or in writing to the Clarence team.
 * Only referrals who sign a contract after the referral date will be eligible.
 * Clarence reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to determine the
   eligibility of the referrer and the referred client.

Referrer Reward
 * Upon successful completion of the referral and confirmation of the referral’s
   12-month agreement, the referrer will be awarded a 5-night holiday to Bali,
   including round-trip flights for two (2) people.
 * The holiday includes accommodation in a 4-star or higher-rated hotel and
   economy class flights to Bali.
 * Travel must be booked by March 31, 2025, and is subject to availability at
   the time of booking.
 * Blackout dates may apply, particularly during peak travel periods and public
   holidays.
 * The value of the reward is limited to $2,000 (incl. GST). Clarence is not
   responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the value of the holiday
   package.

General Conditions
 * The referral promotion is only valid for new customers who join Clarence and
   sign up between 14 October 2024 and 30 January 2025.
 * Clarence reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at
   any time.
 * The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 * Referrers can refer multiple new clients and receive the value of the holiday
   reward package each time to use towards multiple or singular holiday package
   of their choosing. Referrer must organise alternative holiday arrangements
   should they choose to combine rewards.
 * Refer A Friend offer is available for Serviced Office agreements at one of
   Clarence Professional Group’s locations only.
 * Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or
   trial.
 * Referrals that have joined Clarence may refer colleagues.
 * Multiple members cannot refer the same new member. The first member to refer
   the new member (as determined by Clarence, in its sole discretion) receives
   the reward.
 * Referrals must sign for a minimum of twelve (12) months and agree to
   Clarence’s Standard Serviced Office Agreement terms and conditions.
 * By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms
   and conditions.
 * Clarence reserves the right (at any time) to disqualify any referrer or
   referred client suspected of fraudulent activity or manipulation of the
   referral program.
 * Clarence reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the
   referral program if they breach these terms and conditions.
