Awards program, which will recognize top 100 companies and their associated
solutions—from mental health and financial wellness to nutrition and dietary
plans to lifestyle coaching, office design solutions and agencies and
consultancies helping clients with their employee wellbeing storytelling.

Brought to you by Ragan Communications and Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Insider,
these awards showcase the leaders in employee wellbeing products, services and

Criteria:

 * Your organization or service must be at least one year in operation.
 * Any product or service that launched before August 2020 will not be
   considered.
 * Global organizations are welcomed – this awards program recognizes companies
   worldwide, as long as the entry is submitted in English.
 * Supporting materials: photos, videos, testimonials of your wellness related
   product/service.

On the entry form, you will be asked about the following:

 * Your Story: Tell us in 400-500 words why your product/service or firm should
   be listed in the Workplace Wellness 100.
 * Growth in the last 18 months: % increase; % new customers; % customer
   retention (You May Indicate For Publication or Not for Publication)
 * What sets your product/solution apart from other companies? Please provide
   access to that specific tool/program/product, if applicable.
 * Did you create a product/solution based on feedback or need from a
   partner/client?
   * Provide a 350-word description of the product/solution (and provide access
     to that product, if applicable), and provide information on success to date
     of the solution for that partner/client. (You May Indicate if
     Partner/Client Information is Not for Publication.)
 * Recognitions/achievements/awards you’ve received in the last 18 months.
 * Revenue (related to your wellness product/service, if applicable. (Indicate
   For Publication or Not for Publication)
 * Is your company national/multinational? 
 * Number of employees in your organization
 * Types of clients your company serves: large, mid-size or small

You will be able to upload additional documents to your submission. We encourage
you to include photos, videos and testimonials of your wellness related
product/service, and anything else you feel will give the judges a better sense
of your product or service. Proprietary or internal information can also be
attached and will not be shared with the public.

ENTRY FEES

The fee for this program is $425 per entry.

A late fee of $199 per entry will be added to all entries after 11:59 p.m.
Central time, Nov. 12, 2021.

Do you have a product, service or team you'd like to enter into multiple
categories? Pay the original entry fee, and then only $199 for each additional
category!

We are looking for top-quality products or services that show clear, bold and
creative ideas that benefit your business or client. Please provide metrics and
results that back up your claims, and share creative collateral such as photos,
videos, testimonials of your wellness related product/service. Please look at
our past award winners to see what gets recognized and rewarded. We encourage
you to submit the same product, service or team into multiple categories, if you
feel they are relevant. Doing so increases your chances of winning.

WHY ARE SOME DEADLINES EXTENDED?

We extend deadlines based on applicant needs and upcoming promotional
opportunities.

WHO ARE THE JUDGES?

We currently work exclusively with external judging partners. We are not looking
for new judges for our programs at this time.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT RESULTS?

We try to announce a list of finalists eight weeks after the close of the
program. The announcement of the winners comes about four weeks after the
announcement of the finalists. Each announcement will be made with a headline on
our website, in our daily email newsletter and on our social media platforms.
Emails notify entrants in advance of these announcements. As deadlines are
extended, so are expected announcement dates.
