<h2>Non-IFRS and non-GAAP Financial Measures</h2>

NON-IFRS AND NON-GAAP FINANCIAL MEASURES
In addition to disclosing financial information prepared in accordance with
Canadian GAAP or IFRS, depending on the period, SNC-Lavalin also discloses
