I FEEL FAR BETTER EQUIPPED NOW

I have quite a bit of experience in leading guided meditations. I had hoped this
course would enhance that experience and fill in some gaps. The presentations
and information have done both. I feel far better equipped to meet the various
needs of potential students, including organizations. And the research presented
helps both with my understanding, but equips me to educate others on the
evidence-based benefits of various meditative practices.
