The Discovery module offers an automated, AI-driven check process that gives you insights into your data and helps you uncover patterns and dependencies. It also makes recommendations for actions you can take to correct data. This will not only save you time and effort recognizing errors and patterns in your data, it will also save you from a wide range of compliance, scalability and productivity issues. To the top Trials and transformations A global provider of fiber networks and security with a global staff of 30,000 was undergoing restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures that Accenture products and services were crucial in helping them master. Note: The use of upsert parameters depends on the SAP SuccessFactors entities. • Manual login for hybrid clone systems soon deprecated The manual login option for hybrid clone systems using principal propagation will be deprecated in Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud version 8.5. Customers should enable single sign-on before manual login is no longer supported. Accenture HR Data Loader version 8 • Three new application languages Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Dutch are now supported as additional user interface languages alongside English, German, and Japanese. The language displayed is determined by the display language you have defined in the user settings in SAP SuccessFactors. • Upload multiple records per portlet for new hires Uploading multiple records for an entity, such as pay components of Compensation Information, is now supported. This enhancement reduces the manual and organizational effort for a hire action, making the overall process more efficient and convenient. • Usability enhancements for fields of data type AutoNumber To increase usability when creating new records, Accenture HR Data Loader now supports auto-generation of AutoNumber fields in SAP SuccessFactors, such as External Code for Payment Information.This enhancement adds significant automation and usability to such processes. Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service version 9 Discovery • Consistency technique to detect out-of-sync data New expectations that express that two different fields should have identical field values can now be detected. Discovery compares the field values, and if they are not identical, it is displayed in the findings. • Default dataset for faster and easier initial setup During installation, a default dataset called Multi is now automatically created. It is a basic dataset configuration that includes more than 30 entities supported by the application, including entities related to Foundation Objects and Recruitment, among others. This allows users to easily generate findings and expectations without the need for initial dataset configurations. • Dark Theme Mode for more sustainability The Dark Theme feature has been added to allow users to customize the application based on their personal preferences. The benefit of a dark theme is that it uses less power, making it a more sustainable display option. Classic • Discovery integration for easy navigation between modules Business users responsible for resolving data quality issues can now more efficiently navigate between the results of the Classic and Discovery modules. System administrators simply need to enable Discovery integration in the Classic instance, granting access to the application through the user menu. • Workbench UI redesign The Workbench page has been enhanced to provide a better view of rule details. This helps users navigate the page and view rule details such as entities, fields, and results more comprehensively. In addition, the Workbench page has been enhanced to include component-based rule types. (See product update below) • First component-based rule type The new powerful SingleRecordGenericEvaluation rule type can compare any data field of any data type (numeric, date, or string) to any other data field or value. To achieve this flexibility, the rule type uses smaller rules called "components" that can be used in any combination. Accenture Document Composer version 6 • Streamline document management by signing from a shared user account To simplify the process of sending, monitoring, and tracking documents for signature, all team members can now access AdobeSign or Docusign from a shared user account. In addition, the recipient receives information from the HR team rather than seeing individual email addresses in the FROM field. • Send portfolio items as individual documents Previously, files were sent as a single PDF attachment. In order to offer more flexibility, documents can also now be sent as individual PDF attachments from the portfolio template as an email attachment or as part of the signing process. • New application language Accenture Document Composer now supports Polish, Italian and Czech as an additional application language. Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool 10.2 • Web-based analytics functionality has been enhanced with new filtering options and multi-level pie charts providing further dimensions to the display of charts. • A new chart type is now available in the Web-based Workbench to visualize the progress of exception resolution. • Performance improvements have been implemented in the data collection programs by skipping PERNR's without data changes and adjusting the recheck logic. • For rules that check multiple infotypes, the DOUBLE VERIFICATION PRINCIPLE has been enhanced to consider all users who last modified any of the related infotypes. • Several extensions have been added to the exception classes to allow users to create more specific exception rules. • Enhanced integration between Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool and SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) to automatically synchronize status information and display PCC alert details in the Web-based Workbench. • Several enhancements have been made to comply with further accessibility guidelines. Accenture Clone and Test/Premier/Premier Plus 10.3 • As a result of legal changes, a new option to copy the data of "euBP Meldungen" has been added to the Germany specific tables and additional subareas of the Notification Tool are now supported. • In order to prevent unintentional overwriting of individual personnel numbers, the following security enhancements have been made: • Ability to protect the data of easily identifiable individuals (e.g. CEO) from being copied. • Providing more flexibility for personal test ranges by allowing the owner of protected personnel numbers to overwrite them. • A validity period can be defined to protect target personnel numbers for a limited time. This ensures that test data will remain stable for a certain timeframe e.g., for training purposes. • Premier Plus Version: The program for Copy Customizing has been extended with Japan-specific tables. Accenture Data Comparison Manager 10.3 • The new Migration Dashboard significantly reduces the reporting effort for migration projects. It provides statistics on a number of key performance indicators to give you a quick overview of the status of your migration project. • In migration projects, it was already possible to validate data using either the Accenture Data Comparison Manager Framework or the Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool Framework. The results of the validation can now be reviewed to (further) process only approved data sets in the next migration step. • In migration projects, the Accenture Data Comparison Manager Framework can now be used to identify missing records and generate appropriate validation results. • The Process Automation Tool has been extended to include all validation steps, allowing a complete automated run of a migration project.
