Whatever you want, you should ask and then only you will get.

People don't ask and expect their requirement should meet.

If you are travelling in a train where a cup of tea will be served only once
during start of the journey. You already had that free tea and now you required
one more tea. You just ask for extra cup of tea to the person who is serving
tea. What happens to maximin extent, he will refuse to serve tea. On other side,
he can also bring the tea, if available with him. If you do not ask, how he will
know what you want.

In every situation create a habit of asking for your desire or requirement, then
only change starts.
