WE PROVIDE TRAINING ON ALL THINGS DATA

We are really passionate about training. It's our belief that if you book a
course, the real cost isn't the money, it's the time. You're taking a day out of
your work - a day you'll never get back - and it's our responsibility to make
that day valuable.




So, we don't do fixed courses on fixed dates. You tell us what you need to
achieve and when you want to do it, and we'll put together a day to make that
happen. Whether it's a four-day in-depth course for 3 people, or 20 people split
over two sessions in a single day.

SAVING US AT LEAST £40,000 PER YEAR

Our new database has revolutionised what we can do. It saves us quite literally
hours of work each day, in importing data, generating charges to our customers
each day without us having to remember to do so manually, and in preventing
errors. But more importantly, the database allows us to offer a hugely improved
service to our customers - we generate reports each week, we flag up missing
information and can prevent problems from happening rather than react when they
do.

In this way, the database has made given us an enormous edge, allowing us to
respond to the needs of our customers in a way which we couldn't have imagined
before.

too much trouble, and Andrew has gone out of his way to gain an in depth
understanding of our business. There are times when he seems to know more about

I found the trainer very engaging and he explained concepts very clearly. It
really helped to plan databases, building tables and relationships, setting
primary and foreign keys, outside of Excel. I felt this really grounded my
understanding of what a relational database does.
