FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is my username and password?

The username should be the advisor’s email address. The advisor should have
received an invitation email with a link to set their password. If the advisor
doesn’t have it, have them check their junk folder to ensure it did not end up
in there.

What if the advisor didn’t get an email to set their password?

We may have a different email on file. Please open a chat using the button at
the bottom of this page so we can verify which email is being used for your
account.

How can I change my password?

Once you are logged in to the client portal, hover your mouse over the Account
drop down at the top right-hand side of your screen, then click on Update
Profile. From there,  you can set a new password.

My password reset link has expired, can I get a new one?

Yes, you can request a new password by clicking Forgot Password then fill in the
username for your account and click the Request Password Reset button. You will
be a sent a new link to set your password.


Can I change my username for the client portal?

Yes. Please open a chat from the bottom of this page and ask about having your
username changed
