Meet the Team

YI H. | CO-FOUNDER

Yi is the Co-Founder of Binance and the Head of Binance Labs, where she leads
the business, investment, marketing and branding strategy. Since Binance's
launch in 2017, Yi led the business strategy, which saw the company successfully
becoming one of the world's largest crypto exchanges within the span of six
months. Yi also pivoted the company to a global blockchain ecosystem from just a
crypto-to-crypto trading platform.

DANA H. | BUSINESS STRATEGY & OPS

Dana provides direct support to Yi on Binance Labs, high impact projects, and
other key initiatives within the company. Prior to joining Binance, Dana led
product development and strategic investments at top notch tech companies,
co-founded a startup and was also a macro strategist at Goldman Sachs. Dana
holds an MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

ALEX O. | INVESTMENT

Alex is an Investment Director at Binance Labs and covers token, equity and
strategic investments. Prior to Binance, Alex was an investment professional
with a London-based technology fund for 2 years and an investment banker with
Goldman Sachs for 4 years. He holds an MA degree in Econ and Maths from the
University of St Andrews.

NICOLA W. | INVESTMENT

Nicola covers crypto and equity investments in Infra/Defi/NFT/GameFi sectors.
Prior to Binance, she had 3 years consulting and venture investment experience
covering crypto, tech and TMT sectors.

KENNETH C. | PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Kenneth is a legal specialist at Binance Labs. Before joining Binance, Kenneth
practiced corporate law at leading international law firms where he advised
clients on corporate restructurings, joint ventures and M&A in a variety of
industries.

ANDY C. | INVESTMENT

Andy is an Investment Director covering token and equity investments at Binance
Labs. Prior to Binance Labs, Andy spent 3 years in management consulting
specialising in data analytics, with further experience in Web3 as a researcher
for crypto project listings. In addition, he was part of the first spring cohort
of Coinbase's community analyst program.

MAX C. | INVESTMENT

Max serves as an Investment Director, specializing in zk, AI, and infra. Before
joining Binance Labs, Max was an investment manager at Outlier Ventures, where
he recruited startups for over 15 acceleration cohorts and successfully
concluded more than 120 deals with early-stage Web3 companies. Max started his
career as a data scientist in the banking sector.
