TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Declaration

 * • The customer receiving the items, guarantees that the item(s) packed
   properly and in accordance to its nature and adheres to the laws of The State
   of Qatar.
 * • The customer ensures that the items received don’t contain any Dangerous
   Goods as per the applicable regulations.
 * • In light of Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (No13/2016): The
   customer (service requester) is fully responsible for the provided data (inc.
   to personally identifiable information (PII)) and authorized Qatar Post to
   process the collected data to provide the requested service.

Service Request and Cancellation

 * • A signature is required for any item(s) collected and delivered, if the
   driver is unable to obtain a signature, the goods will not be collected or
   delivered.
 * • It is the recipient’s responsibility to receive and check the goods, once
   delivered, Any damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours, and
   compensations will decided base on the local regulations in this regard
 * • Once the delivery order has been raised online, the order can only be
   canceled / modified prior being sent out for delivery. In case of
   cancellation upon delivery, the full-service charge will be applied on the
   receiver.
 * • Our drivers are not permitted to undertake any ancillary service such as
   construction, installation, fitting, repair or recommendation in connection
   with the goods delivered. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage
   arising from such activities.

Payment

 * • Online Payments are only accepted methods, Using Qatar Post website or
   Qatar Post mobile app, or any means defined in the future

Delivery charge

 * • The charge for Home Delivery will be QAR 25 for the first item and QAR 15
   for any additional items, received on the same day.

Delivery Attempts

 * • Only one attempt will be made to deliver to the customer on the agreed date
   and if the customer or their representative is unable to accept delivery then
   only one other further attempt will be made on another suitable and arranged
   date.
 * • If any further attempts to deliver are agreed, then an additional delivery
   charge will be due, and payment will be due prior to the arranged date.

Delivery days and times

 * • Delivery is done within 24 hours from the time when the Home Delivery order
   is raised.
 * • The delivery service is available from Saturday until Thursday.

Returns

 * • In case, the item(s) are not delivered to the recipient due to their
   unavailability or rejection from their side after two attempts, the item(s)
   shall be returned back to GPO and will be available for collection from the
   counter.

Refunds

 * • In case Qatar Post fails to deliver the item(s) as per the service SLAs,
   the customer can visit the branch or GPO and get a complete Refund of the
   paid amount.

Liability

 * • Qatar Post will not liable for any damage, or defects caused due to
   improper packaging or/and sealing of the items.

Amendments

 * • Qatar post may change, modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions
   from time to time. Amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be
   effective immediately on posting.
