Equipped with the motivation of his grandfather’s previous successes, Jim vows that the true success of Fidelity could not have been achieved if it were not for the unconditional loyalty and uncompromising commitment of his parents. To say that a parent’s job is never complete, would be an understatement. Ron & Jane Pillsworth left lifelong careers to join Jim in the beginning.
